11 May Allegro breaks ground on Richmond Heights senior community

Allegro Senior Living has started construction of a 91,000-square- foot assisted living facility in Richmond Heights. The four-story facility will be located on Bellevue Avenue near the SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital campus. The project will include 87 units, with the fourth floor dedicated to memory care.

The project is Clayton-based Allegro’s first community in the St. Louis region. Allegro, which operates 11 other senior living communities in Florida and Kentucky, teamed up with IronRock investments to fund the project.
